酒店环境不错，服务员刘庆燕服务很热情周到，为我们借来了登山拐杖还给我们提供了地图，是个很热心肠的人！美中不足的是五一前酒店没有开中央空调，尽管酒店提供了空调扇但我们住的房间还是很焖热，还好，第二晚半夜泰安降温了，舒服了些。

优点：酒店位置很好！服务人员的服务很周到，早餐很好吃
缺点：作为五星级酒店，居然没有空调！这是我不能理解的，虽然给我加了空调扇，但这东西很空调比不了！建议入住之前打电话问问再选择！还有就是临走的时候赶上下雨，我们把车停到门口放行李，门口的工作人员一顿催！我想爆粗口了，看他岁数不小就忍了！那么多停在门口的车你不去找，偏让我们走？怎么顾客消费完就不知道微笑服务了？来的时候拿了一堆东西，门口两个接待聊天，连看我们都没看，门都不给开，更别说帮我们拿行李了！这就是五星级酒店？所以拉倒吧，建议还是去正经的连锁的国际五星吧，价格都差不多！还有所谓的桑拿都是扯淡，都不如大众浴池，其他的不说了！希望酒店能有所改进吧！
