带孩子探亲入住，当地最好的一间酒店，客房的阿姨们态度较好，前台的态度一般，没有微笑不亲切，退房较慢，前台是整个酒店的窗口，员工工作服皱巴巴的，看起来形象不整洁，早餐一般，既然是全市最好的酒店，就应该提高服务意识，让客人有宾至如归的感觉，那样酒店才会越做越好！
