环境很好，床很舒适，各方各面的设施简直好到不能再好了，服务给我感觉是宾至如归，在得知我生日还给我赚送精美茶具和小蛋糕，最重要的是服务员，发觉我有抽烟的习惯，还给我放凉候糖，给我这一次爬山之旅一个舒适环境休息。衷心感谢携程让我知道泰山宝盛大酒店，以后再来泰山又有个好地方，也能给朋友推荐

太棒了，完全出乎预料，服务热情周到，感觉比其他品牌五星级酒店要好很多，早上去景点，客房工作人员送了水果零食，看到我桌上放着电脑是用纸垫着鼠标，就贴心的为我准备了鼠标垫，还写了卡片，点名表扬服务！前台也很热情，免费为我升级了房型，窗外就可以看见泰山，很美，旁边走十分钟就是万达广场，逛商场很方便。

很棒的酒店，管理服务都是一级棒，送了点心水果，跟管家要了宝宝床，我们还没问怎么上泰山，行政管家就已经主动跟我提供泰山的出行图（酒店自己打印的），并告知路线，真的非常感谢手机号18660870359的行政管家，酒店有你这样贴心的员工而骄傲！！！
