感觉酒店空调不大管用，声音非常大，风量调到最小，还是声音很吵，睡觉时都关了。酒店虫子很多，温泉上午不开放，只有下午15—17点，晚上19—21点，当时定酒店时，介绍说从10—22点，骗人的。总体来说不是很好，2000多不值。

管理特差！餐厅特乱！早饭是自助，被一抢而空，连主食都不剩，我只能取点剩菜，甚至有两个大男人直接把我取的餐抢走，还蛮横无理，素质太差；还没有洗澡水，既不能洗脸，也不能洗澡，根本不值那个房价。温泉区人也特多，素质差！

三百多的客房没有吹风机，没有无线信号，没有纯净水，只有两瓶矿泉水，洗浴二合一沐浴露，在墙上虚挂着，一碰就掉，退房查房太慢，催了一次才查完，前台服务员服务不错！

服务实在太差，入住时就我们一家办理，居然办了40分钟，房间是新装修，甲醛含量超标，很味儿！
