本来能定上普通大床房，明明网站可以预定，前台说没有，改订商务大床房。没办法改订商务大床房后，房间太热，打电话让服务员调整2次说空调坏了，让前台给换房间，打电话给前台又说最后一个房间。你前台完全不负责任啊！真无聊的酒店，没有对客人好点的解释吗？
