柜台及大厅接待人员十分友好，
浴室较老旧
喇叭锁安全上有些顾虑
空间很大，床也很大但床垫有些硬

饭店的服务人员很热情，有什么需求都立即处理。
只是饭店设备明显老旧，就是简单乾净，没有提供备品要自备，停车位不多，休旅车只有约莫6-8个车位。
饭店的门是用钥匙的，有的房间关门会有很大的声音，然后隔音效果不太好，隔壁房讲话会听得到。

临时订房，2人被升等到六人房，也超大的，只是是有点历史的房间，但很乾净，只是硬体比较老旧点??，管理员大哥人很好，还会帮忙处理电视讯号，停车场是机械式车位，位置很大 ，需要人员帮忙按机器，车位有限先抢先赢??

房间清洁度令人赞叹，床好睡，服务人员亲切有礼，check in时还送了两张冰淇淋兑换券，另外11楼有泡面，饮品及饼乾免费招待，真的很惊喜！地下室有停车场可停，整体感受很不错，下次来台中还会想再度造访的饭店

第一次体验穆斯林友善旅馆，早餐偏清淡、素食，房间乾净舒适，处处有着小巧思，比如厕所地板居然是热的！以这个价位来说没什么好挑剔的了??

房间很大、床很好睡，但房间门关起来后门上方有缝，可以看见外面，这一点觉得不太有安全感。房间内家具看得出来较老旧，但基本上都算乾净。地点很好，楼下有7-11，柜台服务人员态度很好。
