酒店301房很大、惊艳看图！可惜朝着马路从早上到晚上都能听到汽车声音。酒店服务员以逢甲大学研究生为主力，能尽量满足客人房间需要，如果能更职业化专业化更好！出门左边过马路就是下沉式公园很不错，公园另一边的朝富路上有咖啡馆、火锅店、鲜榨果汁、7-11、香港茶餐厅、民生米糕。酒店门口右转步行十分钟是新光三越百货，楼上有春水堂味道很赞！台中的捷运还在建设中、出门以计程车为主。

很方便的一家motel 不行至便利店5分钟，至新光三越10分钟。只是配套餐饮只有楼下的咖啡店，早餐很单一
