網上訂房是天豪客房的，但櫃檯主動幫忙升級為天璽客房，非常感謝。因為外出未帶房卡，櫃台人員非常貼心，重新製作一張新房卡給我們，讓人感覺非常貼心，另外早餐算是很豐盛，補菜速度也是
很快的，算是一次很好的住宿經驗，下次到台中應該還會再選擇。

每次來 出差幾乎都住這一邊.. 地點不錯, 離公益路很近.
公益路路上一大堆吃的... B1 健身房有一個按摩椅, 很好.. 晚上工作累, 可以去 B1 使用.
也有 洗衣室,,
最喜歡床鋪, 軟硬剛好.. 房間空間也大...

附近機能方便 與旁邊的家樂福停車場有特約 記得跟櫃檯拿投幣去停車場付費機 。服務親切 一樓和三樓都有24小時的咖啡茶飲機提供。地下一樓有提供洗衣機使用。下次會想再入住

這次台中住宿還是選擇台中天閣酒店天鷹套房，隨行有10個月的小寶寶，外出時請飯店準備嬰兒澡盆，回飯店房間後，沒想到連寶寶床都準備好了，非常的貼心！
飯店有先鋒家庭劇院，很可惜沒有HDMI的設備，沒辦法手機鏡像至電視螢幕，觀看想要看的影片！
