長榮桂冠各方面水平皆佳，非常滿意，早餐豐盛美味，服務好，停下室停車方便。此次訂房不滿意的是携程出的狀況，前一天早上訂的房，卻遲遲未能確認，投訴沒人處理，直到隔天早上打客服才總算處理了，超過24小時，對携程的服務非常非常不滿意。
