因是舊建築物翻新，老人家們說太暗及有點舊，看不出是新飯店。在台中火車站後站，較近新台中建國市場，可走路去，只需走十多分鐘，這也是訂這飯店的唯一原因。

房间还是蛮大的 卫生间也大的。就是所在商圈没啥逛的 热闹的地方都要乘公车过去 附近有个7-11还算方便。
