  飯店位於豐原火車站旁，位置十分便利，缺點就是飯店自己沒有停車場，除了側邊騎樓可停幾台車外，必須走到一百公尺外，火車站的停車場... 飯店重新裝潢維修過，仍看得出歲月痕跡，但仍十分舒適，CP值仍十分高！

  由於飯店停車位少，必須另外停在車站後，在進房時，產生不便，櫃台人員只有一人，無法充分服務。早餐無法及時補充。飯店新，算是勉強接受住宿之品質。

  飯店離車站非常近，交通很便利，即便晚點到當地也不怕找不到，早餐種類不多，但是出差吃飯已經足夠，設施普通，服務還好

  柜台服务人员態度親切。服务周到。酒店位置丰原火車站交通方便。卫浴设备Ok，附近美食比较少，大廳设施不错，有叫代駕，非常方便。

  有台独倾向，瞧不起大陆人服务的是一个台湾当地的小伙子对大陆人很不屑 ，问他问题都不愿意回答，入住第二天发现房间没有人打扫 。要求投诉居然说没有经理电话！是不是觉得我们大陆人都是傻瓜？居然说酒店没有经理服务员自治！
