酒店位在勤美誠品旁邊、公益路美食圈，用餐極為便利，晚上可以到勤美週邊逛逛、欣賞街頭藝人表演。
週邊公車便利（步行5分鐘穿過綠園道即到達台灣大道），晚間也可搭公車到逢甲夜市、東海夜市或中華夜市走走逛逛，想逛新光三越、大遠百、歌劇院或往宮原眼科也都可一線到達（不用轉車）。若想去秀泰廣場看電影，則可搭公車到火車站再步行10-15分鐘到達。總之，酒店座落的位置極為便利～!

酒店位置很好找！离台湾火车站不远，打车125台币就可以啦！往前过天桥就是诚品书店。书店前是创意街头艺人活动区。有做的木栈道和木桌木椅，很有自由文艺的味道

太旧了，而且卫生条件一般，味道比较重，就像旅馆一样！不过位置比较方便，吃的地方也比较多！价格也还ok！
