酒店地理位置很好，周边商场吃得很多，离自然博物馆和美术馆都不远，服务很好，不过设施略老旧，另外虽说是最高的建筑，其实台中没啥夜景好看的

前台和大门行李员都很客气，服务也很周到；房间设施齐全舒服，早餐品种也丰富，去台中一直住这个酒店的。这次刚开始给了个靠电梯的房间，略有噪音，后来升级了一个商务房。
