地理位置好，位于鱼峰路、屏山路、荣军路等主要干道十字路口附近，不远就是文慧桥，离火车站也很近。附近还有大润发超市，吃东西也很方便。
老酒店了，设施有些陈旧，住的是无窗房，空气很不好，晚上卫生间的的马桶还是什么东西会发出刷刷的水声。隔音也很差，有门基本等于无门，走廊的声音和楼上隔壁的声音听得一清二楚。
好在卫生做得还行。二楼就有宴会厅和餐厅，平时也承包一些酒席宴会，应该不难吃。
要求不高的话，住在这里性价比还是很高的。

酒店旧了，几年前住过的，现在比以前差多了。刚进去电视看不了，换了个房间，门后的卡锁又是坏的，觉得不安全拿张凳子顶住。价格100左右就合适了。
