  I chose this hotel after reading many positive recent reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. ? The staff member who checked us in was quite rude, leaving a poor first impression. ? The hotel feels outdated and still uses physical keys. ? My parents stayed in Block A, which has been renovated and is noticeably better, but the rest of the property shows its age. ? Breakfast was underwhelming — limited food choices and guests are expected to clear their own plates. ? There is a Starbucks in the lobby, but it only opens at 10 a.m., which is inconvenient for early risers. This is just my honest opinion based on my stay. That said, if you are lucky enough to get a room in Block A, the experience is much better with card access and newer facilities. Service quality seems to depend on the staff — while some were unfriendly, others were pleasant and helpful. Perhaps still worth a try if you manage to secure the renovated rooms. Good luck :)

  Room had a musky/mouldy smell. Windows can't even be opened to air out the room. My throat started feeling funny within 5 minutes of being in the room. The bed had a funny stain. Mould can be seen on the ceiling. Absolutely ridiculous that this place is a 5* hotel, completely unliveable.

  房间整体质素?中规中矩，?工作人员和柜台都相当有礼貌和热情，很乐意解答问题，这可惜部份设施略为传统，有些细节没有注意好，例如床头的油漆有点脱落和退色?。
