服务一如既往的好！对迎宾台的工作人员大赞一个！帮忙介绍好玩的，很详细很耐心，还会帮忙预约的士（不比市价贵）提行李到火车站 （火车站没电梯）。床好大，早餐很丰盛。

酒店地点在台南火车站旁，旁边就是成功大学，如果不讲究舒适度的话，旁边有很多当地风味的小吃可以尝鲜，房间非常舒适，早餐种类多口味也好，就是感觉价位偏高。

整个酒店软硬件都非常好，酒店设施都很新颖，服务态度也非常好。房间又大又舒服，床也非常好睡，夜景也好，早餐种类多也很好吃，真找不太到可以挑剔的地方，真要找出来挑剔的话只能说价格偏高了！

酒店应该是台南最好的了，酒店内有通道直通商场。从房间看台南景色非常棒。旁边就是成功大学。唯一有点遗憾就是酒店位于台南车站的后广场。从前广场过去需要走一个地下通道，拎大箱子会有点不方便。

位置交通方便健身房也不错房间很大，50多平米，设施舒适，服务很棒。地下有超市和饭馆是台南最好的酒店香格里拉!

酒店房间很大面积，只是用酒店电话拨打当地免费电话还收我一元人民币一分钟话费，觉得有点不厚道
