  房间大，也相当乾净；早餐人潮较多，场面些许混乱，人员不足也无法服务到位；有一位柜台人员上衣塞一包菸，讲话没什么礼貌，身为饭店门面还是顾一下形象比较好。

  Their staff are friendly. They allow to have one night cancel without charges since I have itinerary change.

  虽然不是五星饭店但服务非常好，预约高铁站接驳车，车子新又乾净，饭店林经理很贴心对我们的需求都极力完成，带小孩入住建议参加控窑行程很充实，约莫五个小时，等待出窑时间还安排小朋友逛阿嬷的菜园和钓鱼活动，大人小孩都开心，一楼大厅还提供24小时免费饮料和饼乾，晚上也有宵夜，有点小失望的是柜台预告宵夜是小卷米粉，满心期待结果是小肉粽，不过也很好吃，一楼还有港式饮茶，我们没有事先预约可惜没座位，很推荐适合放风小孩的饭店??
