  老字号饭店应该有一定SOP 标准，可是入住时却在打开房门走进去时被大大惊吓到了：两床的床单凌乱不堪，明显还没有整理。也害怕走错房间，房内有人。生平第一次遇到这种情况。柜台人员有安排新房间给我。事后给了一粒芭乐，一粒苹果，一粒奇异果 表示抱歉。。。。
