该酒店硬件、软件都属上乘，对住客很热情，工作负责，服务到位，深感满意。
本人入住时正发生意外断电事故，酒店及时采取了应急补救措施。在确认暂时无法修复的情况下，送我们到其他酒店住宿，并代缴费用。得知我们是去泰宁旅游的，就主动接送我们去景点。
该县风景极佳，本人下次还想去几个此次未能去的景点，并仍期望住宿在该酒店。
