+: The staff were great! Kudos to them for making the whole experience really smooth. The hotel itself is in the prime area - great for food and transportation. Oh, last but not least, the toilet seat is awesome!
What can improve: the hotel would get a straight A if there was no mold in the bathroom.

Located near the train station, Hotel Relax I made for a convenient and comfortable stay in Taipei. Unfortunately, I didn't have a window, which does make the atmosphere feel a bit cramped for my liking. The amenities were good and I didn't have any issues with outside noise.

和台北车站只是五分钟的路程,
桃园机场落车, 来到台北车站即可入住.
酒店提供了订购伴手礼服务, 方便没有时间购物的住客.
最重要是可以帮忙订购某人气豆浆店的早餐. 可以免去排队的时间.
房间整洁, 没有异味, 冷气充足. 住了两晚很满足.

从台北车站Z4出口出来亦有电梯，步行5分钟就到酒店了????????????

浴室干湿分离的玻璃门关不起来
房间上方都是黑黑的看起来像发霉
浴室角落的地方都翘起来有近水的痕迹
沙发很脏
床头充电插座只有其中一边
服务人员态度很好、可以用英文沟通
地理位置佳、吃的 玩的 交通交通都很方便
浴室吹风机很好用 马桶有温座
电视收讯非常好、画质清晰
楼层有饮水机可以用
小型的开放式衣柜很棒

? Less than 5-min walk from Taipei Main Station Exit Z4
? Near to a lot of shops and eateries! Including the well-known and delicious halal Chinese restaurant (Chang’s Beef Noodle: just about 7-min walk)
? Available water dispenser (you can refill your water bottle anytime)
? Available washing machine (need to pay NT$50 using NT$10 coin x5) but they gave the detergent for free
? Available dryer (also need to pay NT$50 using NT$10 coin x5)
? Got free upgrade to a bigger room! Thank you! (Probably because we stayed there for 5 nights)
