服务非常热情，酒店环境也很好，但是因为在山上，所以酒店安排车来接送，晚上如果要自己下山玩只能自己步行哈。我们住的酒店房间里面有干湿桑拿和温泉池。老公说台湾行最满意的就是这家酒店了！

酒店位与山上，自己去的话比较不好找。酒店入口和大堂设计不错，房间空间很大，设备相对齐全，露台有个私人汤泡池，2个人可以在房间里舒服的泡温泉。可能是因为酒店是翻新的关系，卫生间设施略显陈旧。去北投住一晚感受一下温泉氛围，还是可以的。

小孩要吃早餐，收費很不合理！後來，我帶小孩去吃早餐，太太沒去吃，還要跟我加收錢，據理力爭後才免除！心裡很不爽.....

到的时候，很多客房在装修维护，有一股比较重的味道。
换了两三间才好了一些。
不过酒店工作人员很是客气，说话轻声细语的。
房间很大很不错，设备上略显陈旧，不过关系不是很大。
中间院子里还有鱼，感觉比较特别。

酒店位置在山上，自己去不太好找，但酒店有接运站接送服务，提前联系好非常方便。
从酒店出来一路下坡就是地热谷和温泉博物馆。
酒店服务很热情，服务员非常贴心，早餐也还不错。
房间里设施不是很新，但很干净，在房间里泡温泉，缓解了一天旅行的疲劳。
下午去还会选择这里。
