货不对版，里面的设施和网上完全不一样，1.2的床说是1.5。没有开水，热水器不安全，非常的不干净！！

该家所谓的天鹅大酒店，完全是在网上欺骗游客，所有的图片都是假的，根本不是什么酒店，破烂不堪，因没留意点评，误订了，订之前打了电话，都不说真话，离景区有15公里远，去了看太差了，要求退房款，房东不同意，这么差的地方不应该放到网上害不知情的游客！！！
