酒店环境不错，房间很好，比较舒适，空气也好，可惜服务比较无语，我们早上起来，7点半准备去吃早餐，居然前台是关门的，餐厅也是关门的，服务人员一个也找不到，后来终于等到8点半才看到服务人员才吃上早餐。

第一天给我们的房间很干净漂亮，第二天说是已经很早被旅行团预定了，给我们换了房，换到的房间明显没有第一天的好，有异味，光线昏暗，希望下次都是第一次的房型就好了

房间很大 硬件一般 就是很原始 但住的还是舒服的 园子很大 有很多果树 晚上可以坐在园子里看是星星 喝啤酒 很惬意 这里也是凤凰峡的游客中心 去草原 去小九寨都在这里买票 还是不错的 但早餐很一般 态度也不好 连个鸡蛋都没有 可能是人太少的原因吧

这家酒店是凤凰峡景区唯一酒店，中午近两点才交房，说是服务人员要午饭，我们18个人等了几个小时。真没见过服务行业要准点吃饭，让客人等几个小时的。漂流和酒店是同一家，我们在美团网团购漂流票，硬是说系统没有查到，非要我们在酒店买贵好多的票。饭店也仅此一家，难吃到吐。建议大家要漂流也千万别在此地吃住，宁可到镇上找住处。总之是不愉快的经历

酒店位于景区中心，交通便利，闹中取静，房间很干净，布置的也很温馨，相比同档次酒店，性价比很高。海波楼毗邻海滨浴场非常方便，房间的无敌海景也是最好的享受，服务员很热情，下次还会入住。
