我去是淡季，酒店没有自助早餐了，但提供简便的早餐，有豆浆、蛋糕、粥和汤面，我感到不错了。一个建议是，酒店的招牌最醒目的是英文写的，所以，可能走到门口了，还不知道。哈哈哈??

听说是岛上最好的酒店，9月1日下暴雨，到景区售票处后，雨依然没停，售票处漏雨，去酒店路又被水浸，打电话给前台咨询有没有车接送到酒店，说没有，还说售票处到门口只有50米，走过来就可以，我说下暴雨水浸，他说等雨停吧。
就这样又等了1个小时，雨还是没停，大人小孩都淋湿。售票处阿姨看到情况不妙说酒店有三台专门接送客人的车，叫我打电话给酒店安排，又打了一次电话，还是说没有。阿姨都不可理解！！后来只好脱掉鞋子抱着小孩淋着雨走去酒店。
售票处离酒店至少有400米，感觉很遥远，何来的50米？
第二天11点半服务员激烈敲门说要退房，很令人反感。
酒店离海滩相对比较远。

1.800多的房间，非常拥挤，窗户无法上锁、床头的灯带脱落，电话机不能用，电视机无法打开，比7天优品还差。
2.请求帮忙预订蛋糕，打了几次电话都没结果;寄存蛋糕半个小时，前台推给餐厅，要本人联系餐厅，推来推去，最后通过打给大堂副理梁先生才解决。
