工作的原因来到台山，半年时间住了这家酒店住不少于20天。首先我一直住的很满意，唯有今天，**想吐槽。今天的12:58分，前台打电话来说一点退房。然后我是一点多下去退的。结果下去前台说，多可了一个小时，要多收20快。我就奇怪了，我住了十几次总有了吧，怎么往常不是2点退房吗？当然后来争论之后前台也没有收那20块。。。这是临时的规定吗，还是为什么？？？我搞不懂！！！这事情本来很在意，然后退房出去三个小时后，我又返回酒店打算再次预定房间，后来预定房间的过程中😌😌……我终于铁心换了别的酒店。。以后再也不住翠湖，再见！！！！！！虽然我确实更喜欢翠湖附近的环境。（我昨天一进房间，就特意拍了图片，想给酒店好评的，但是现在不好意思！！！！）
