比酒店环境十分差，冷气不好，应该没雪种，卫生环境一般，柜台的个别收费员态度不好，太冷漠了，问多几句不耐烦，

服务不行，去完古兜温泉再去的，发现服务完全不是一个档，洗手间刚入住就堵塞，居然话是我们乱掉东西入去堵的，设施陈旧，晚上热水要开很久才热 ，窗帘居然不遮光，不能赖床的，沙滩还可以，就是太小了。

非常舒服的度假村，可惜温泉池很多在修理，不过大热天，泡温泉是次要，有这么舒服的度假村，还是给我们一家留下美好的回忆！
