酒店还是不错的，性价比很高。但是通过艺龙半个月前就订了七间房，而且全额预付了房费并收到了艺龙确认信息。没想到去到酒店后前台却说没有这些订单，在前台等了一个多小时等艺龙和酒店沟通，艺龙答复说旅行社没有下单给酒店。晕倒，那艺龙当初的确认信息就太不靠谱了，没有最后确定就答复客户说已经确定了！

环境还可以，比较安静，房间里被子有点点霉味，柴郡煮早餐是喝茶，一间房给了两张十五元早餐券，喝茶可以当代金券使用。温泉区域比较小，但游泳池、药池、儿童池都有，非节假日人不算很多，休闲度假还可以。只是去前打电话问前台订房时，服务人员没有告诉酒店门前在修路，没有告知要避开修路路段过去，搞得我们开了好长一段坑坑洼洼的泥巴路到那里。
