没有送矿泉水，睡到一半的时候口喝，要喝水，没有，拿酒店提供的水壶煲水，灯不亮，还害得电源跳闸，断电，找服务员，但他说“没有可能”，我叫他过来看看，敲门很粗鲁，搞好之后我跟他说“水壶不行，没有水喝”，他就说“你下去总台那里拿，他不能帮我拿上来（二楼）”，我就下去拿了，谁知道他要收钱，我没有带钱，叫他先记账（因为住房前有押金），他不肯，我发火了，我不理他，走了…说真的，应该不要钱才对，因为他们的水壶坏掉才造成的，应该赔偿才对，还那样的服务态度，不过环境、位置还可以。

在景区里比较中心的位置，离海边近，旁边吃饭的地方很多，三楼海景房有椰树挡着看不到海，至少四层以上五层六层应该才可看到

酒店位置挺好的，住的五楼超级海景房，只有两个1.2的床，然后，居然有小强，半夜还爬床了，吓傻了～～

酒店挺让人失望了，价格不便宜，看到评论那么好，就选择了它，然而，不甚满意。床不干净，出去玩完回来枕头还有小虫子，我觉得太恶心了，不舒服的住店记忆。但酒店胜在交通方便，然而，不会再来的了
