距离沙滩不算很远，走个10分钟左右？卫生还行，去的时候是节假日，人多，我们上去发现房间居然漏了打扫。。。然后跟前台说完之后没多久就上来打扰完毕。。。有点怀疑他们认真打扫的程度。。不过公寓比较新，看起来整体卫生还行吧。一楼居然还有麻将房??预定得比较晚，相对来说不是很实惠的价格了，不过跟其他酒店比起来算是便宜了。。感觉下川岛旺季来不划算，岛上租车也是不便宜。体验（不是指酒店）一般吧

酒店性价比还是蛮高的，应该是开业不久，房间用品干净，对得起价格，虽然在所谓的景区外面，到海水浴场5-8分钟路程，值得推荐，因已入住，房间乱了，发点外部照片。

带着孩子、爸妈，还有一众叔叔阿姨们，前前后后十几人，一次性订了好多房间。房间里非常整洁，本身王府洲景区也不大，虽然住宿不是临海，但是步行到海边（带着孩子）也就10来分钟，大人自己走的话，估计5分钟。关键，重点是，老板非常热心也很随和，这次的出游，能遇到这么好的老板真的是非常幸运的一件事情了。

进景区打电话给店家包接送，房间干净应有尽有，新房子，有电梯，去海边走路5分钟左右，喜欢安静的可以选择。

隔海边近，不是海景房，是看田园的房。是新装修的民宿。住了两天，停了两次电。不会主动打扫卫生，服务有待加强。
