服务最差的开元酒店，健身房还没有开连自己总机都不知道，某些房间Wi-Fi信号不好，酒店总台不知道，说换房也没有用的就是不好，对不起了，但是强烈要求换房后Wi-Fi马上好了，前台一堆人效率很低，浴室地漏有些堵塞，地巾没有，上次客人的一堆毛发遗留，免费茶叶和咖啡没有，服务指南没有，靠路边晚上比较吵，房间隔音差，晚上12点前电梯间有人在大声说电话房间听得很清楚，影响睡眠，还有酒店除了吃饭和睡觉其他配套一概没有。

酒店的硬件设施比较好，房间也比较宽裕，灯光很亮堂，晚上在房间看书写字一点也没问题，赞一个。卫生间偏小了点。可能较少有散客就餐，大堂内小桌上的餐具看上去已经摆放多时没用过，上面覆着一层灰，桌子上也是一样。菜做得很可口，不负开元品牌，但价格偏高，以当地的经济情况看，这样的价格属于公款时期的消费。服务员态度很好，
