服務人員都很親切、很有禮貌，介紹飯店設施也很詳盡。早餐種類很多元，尤其是有天然的熱杏仁茶，很純、很好喝。

房間很舒服乾淨空間剛好。
停車場比較有問題 。沒有與酒店連結在一起，下雨很不方便。且住宿旅客出酒店時也沒有尋問客人提醒取停車代幣沒。使住宿旅客到停車場時才發現沒有代幣無法出停車場。要回酒店取，很不方便。
早餐很不錯，我們都很滿意，要維持。很衛生服務人員很親切周到。如有去台東會再考慮去住宿。

服務很好，用餐方便，星期四、五前方即有夜市，有自己的停車場，三溫暖很乾淨，兒童遊戲間還不錯，小孩子覺得很開心

早餐很丰富，能加床，有泳池，家庭游可以。楼下是夜市，很方便。标准五星配置。值得称道的是大堂和服务，员工服务耐心，为客户想得很多。
