這家酒店首先非常新非常乾淨，對面就是東區永康街，超多好吃的，走路可以逛到所有想逛的地方，唯一不太好的一點就是如果你要是開車啊打計程車之類的就會不太方便，因為它是在信義路，出了名的單行道。。。。呵呵

类似快捷酒店，挺精致，位置在东门，离捷运站很近，交通方便，对面就是永康美食街，房间提供的洗浴用品不错，隔音稍差，早餐不在酒店里面，在走出去不远一家汉堡店，我们提前一天到台北补了一晚住宿费，居然比艺龙网上订的便宜一百多，艺龙这次太坑了。

CC+3+地理位置好，东门捷运出口2分钟即达，师大永康商圈各种名小吃文艺小店。旅店比较新，卫生也不错。不过前台服务态度实在有点破坏酒店形象。不知是酒店培训不到位，还是个人因素？台北期间共入住方舟6晚，之前306没有任何问题。晚上回酒店入住402房时，发现门把手的螺丝松弛脱落4cm以上，且奇怪的是旁边401开关房门时402的房门也会有推门声，对于此事，前台没有一丝抱歉的态度，整个事件的交流过程，态度傲慢无礼，对方舟的评分只好3分咯！
