先说优点：
1、地理位置：旅社位于松山火车站和捷运松山站对面很好找；
2、夜市：离酒店2条马路，走路10分中左右就是饶河夜市，吃的和买的都有；
3、礼佛：在捷运松山站边上就是佛光山台北道场，需要礼佛的朋友可以去看看。
再说缺点：
1、旅社柜台在地下一层，需要自己把行李扛下楼梯，很累人；
2、旅社除了插电视机和灯的插座外，没有任何可以充电的插座，建议自带拖线板。
其它：
1、旅社的早餐需要和柜台约定时间，早晨会有人送上门的，并没有吃自助早餐的地方。然后早餐是一份三明治加上一盒果汁；
2、旅社还算干净，就是设施比较老旧。
总结：在台北依照这个地段来看，这家性价比还算高的。

因为自己之前订过这家旅社，所以这次爸妈去台北的前几日我也选了这家，房间还可以，有窗户，住过两次同样的感受就是老板似乎对大陆来的客人比较冷淡，机械式的回答问题，爱答不理的，和大家对台湾人热情的印象大相径庭，麻烦老板可以给个笑脸嘛？热情一点？ok？这样生意才会更好，才会有更多回头客。

隔音很差，那个晚上1点多 还好多摩的在路上 吵的一点都睡不着，搭捷运的话很方便，对面就是松山??

整体差强人意吧、一分钱一分货，邻近台铁松山站与地铁站、站上盖有购物广场，距离饶河夜市也不远，附近还有五分浦服装批发街可以逛逛。
