酒店位置不错，但房间较小，设施一般。携程预订时是信用卡担保，但因提前较长时间预订，在不通知本人情况下变成直接消费扣款，本人到店还要再付宿费，此时信用卡账单已出，必须还款担保金额，造成重复付款，而后携程取消担保，只能退款至原付款信用卡中，要提现还得支付手续费，实在是麻烦。携程应该检讨流程，要么担保款项不得直接扣款，要么扣款了就直接支付给店家。

交通方便，中正纪念堂和总统府就在附近，自助早餐不错，房间干净卫生，感觉床罩就是被子，房费感觉稍为贵了点。

酒店地理位置不错，交通也比较方便，距东门捷运仅一站距离，属台北火车站商圈，附近的东门市场早市非常热闹。酒店设施一般，服务人员态度较好，顾客多为日本人，也偶见中国人，早餐以西餐为主。
