房子算是比较老旧的，但是好在比较干净，房间灯光为黄色的，交通一般，跟捷运站有一段路程，离辽宁夜市不远可以走着去。

台湾人的服务简直赞到顶，店员非常亲切热情，酒店地理位置还不错，由于是台北跨年夜所以酒店都满房，并且需要连订3个晚上，酒店包括早餐，起司蛋糕非常好吃，地点不错，附近有袖珍博物馆，值得一去。离跨年地点台北101大厦跟台北市政大厦稍微有一些距离。

服务态度和周边环境还不错，房间装修陈旧，入住第二晚屋里角落有难闻气味，可能墙对面是厕所反味吧！无法想象。
