前台服务态度不好，效率很低，我预付款定的房间居然在前台等了一个半小时才办好入住。早餐居然排队，全是团体客，整体感觉很乱，我定的海景房，房间很小，浴室地上水居然流不走……居然敢称自己是五星？周围环境也不好，再也不会去那住了

就在野柳地质公园旁边，住在B栋，奔着丰富的儿童游乐设施去的，周一入住，而周二恰逢酒店清洁日，设施都不能用了，建议清洁日可提示客人，戏水区和游乐区可分开日期清洁会更人性和合理些。
