MRT信義安和から近く、周辺にはコンビニ・ドラッグストア・飲食店も多い。建物自体は年季が入っているが十分に清潔で、この立地と部屋の広さを考えるとかなりお得な料金。

地点方便，门脸不太起眼，周围的银行取款机挺多，没有早餐去了附近的麦当劳。进大厅沿墙边电梯直接上楼进房间，不经过服务台，有点不习惯。房间里有一张大桌子跟床并排，小孩写作业用上了。卫生间超赞，最左边是浴缸，往右依次为洗手台、马桶和淋雨间，比一般酒店大、齐全。
