前台处理能力特别差差差，住过台湾这么多快捷酒店，没试过前台这么迷糊的，因为我们两批人，一间房住一天，一间房是两天的，结果就这么简单的问题问了5次换了3个人都还是搞错，说好了续住，第二天还打了2次电话催退房，然后说好留的同层的房间最后给了别人，推说别人早就要求要那间，原来顾客分等级贵贱，另外早餐巨难吃，房间有异味
