酒店距離台北市區很遠，從台北車站坐公車到酒店大約1.5小時，公車約每小時很不方便，酒店員工很好，友善有人情味，溫泉不錯，房間大但有點舊。

櫃檯服務人員非常體貼，在我半夜帶著不睡覺的小孩在大廳閒晃時，主動開放遊戲室讓我野放小孩，太感謝她了。

The location is perfect. Great mountain area with fresh air and also easy to get to seashore too. 10 minutes to downtown Jinsan. Being Surrounded by mountains, feel hundreds miles away from noisy downtown but ,actually, easily accessible to downtown. 10 minutes by car. we had amazing fresh seafood for lunch in 萬里 and 30 minutes after lunch, we enjoyed the hot spring in Tien Lai. The spacious new decorated room is awesome. It is really commendable. The hotel is quite big so we did have a relax and quite weekend even there are hundred guests right in the same hotel. The only thing I would like to suggest is that the pond next to the swimming pool in front of the second building has better be cleaned regularly. There are lots of falling leaves and moss and there should be more choice of bread because I saw some western guest seems found too many things to eat. Thanks

房間不錯乾淨，但水漬沒有用心清理，以泡溫泉來說真的是很多池子，泡湯區寬敞不擁擠，但食物選擇真的不多，價格也偏高，因為方便性，還是選擇在飯店內用餐，牛肉麵不要期望太大。

온천 휴양지이기 때문에 산이라는 것은 감안을 했지만 생각보다 길이 너무 험했습니다. 음식은 생각보다 맛있었고 주방장 님이 한국어를 잘 해서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 서비스는 중국보다 안좋고 인력도 없으며 전체적인 분위기가 을씨년스러웠습니다. 아이들을 위한 놀이 시설도 부족하고 야외 온천 미끄럼틀은 차가운 물이라 들어갈 수도 없었습니다. 어른들 1일 온천욕으로만 좋고 장기 투숙은 어울리지 않는 곳입니다.
