跟酒店无关，艺龙平台做的太烂，说是跟携程合作的，“携程说”提前离店不能退款？！如果走携程平台，订单提前离店从来不会出现不能退款！如果是这样，你们做个二道贩子、还没有决定权，我还用你这个平台的意义是什么？
