  非常满意的入住，Max还给升级了房型，酒廊的水准也在线，唯一遗憾的是下午茶量有一点点少哈哈哈～下次来太原还会入住。

  这次太原之行真的让我留下了很温暖的回忆，而这家酒店是其中很重要的一部分。整个入住过程非常顺畅，从办理入住到离开，每一个环节都能感受到工作人员的专业与真诚，不是流程化的“服务到位”，而是让人觉得被照顾、被重视。 房间本身也非常舒适，整洁安静，休息得很好，是那种一进房间就会下意识放松下来的感觉。 早餐一定要单独説一句，真的很惊喜。可以説是我在太原住过的酒店里，早餐最用心的一家。不仅有当地特色，点心也做得很精致，味道完全在线，能吃得出来不是应付，而是真的在认真做早餐。那种“愿意多吃一点、慢慢吃”的感觉，很加分。 我还使用了酒店的送机服务，整体体验也非常好。工作人员对流程非常熟悉，安排清楚利落；司机准时到达，驾驶和服务都很专业，让人一路都很安心，这种细节真的会让人记住。 如果一定要提一个小小的建议，那就是冬天房间的空调对我来説稍微有点偏暖。可能也和房间日照比较好有关（刚好是能晒到太阳的房间），如果能在入住前对这类房间稍微提前降温一下，体验可能会更完美。 总体来説，这是一次让我很感动的入住体验。能在太原感受到这样专业又有人情味的酒店服务，真的很难得。已经推荐给朋友了，下次再来太原，也一定还会选择这里。

  房间设施很新，布局合理，装修精细，温度适宜，酒店服务亲切，热情，专业，耐心，让人挑不出任何毛病，更不要説酒店自己餐饮的特色早餐，（山西麪食，南方生滚粥）照顾了南来北往的客人，以及价格无比亲民的客房送餐服务，这大概是我这么多年携程生涯中最满意的一次酒店住宿。谢谢当班经理刘小姐细致真诚的服务，祝她一切顺利！ （抱歉客房照片没拍只能拿旅行照片凑数了）
