预定有窗大床房(付的有窗房的钱)，结果开好房间进去一看是无窗房(也就是特价房)，空气很闷，当即下楼要求换房，告知有窗房没有了(开房时为什么不告知？)最后再三交涉，在联系经理后更换有窗标间，试问如果不去计较的顾客是不是就收正常房价给特价房间了？没有所订房间起码理应开房前告知并与顾客沟通吧，这应该是起码得服务规范。。。另房间设施确实陈旧，电话坏等等。。。
