我于当天到达后，却告知说我们已经取消了预定。当我们拿出手机，打开网页后，证明我们从未取消。老板又说，你原来订过，后来又不来了。不错，原来确实订过一次，但是我们在规定时间内及时取消了。难道这有错吗？ 结果店家没有房间了，更让人生气的是，店家态度还特别蛮横。在和110联系后，店家答应给我们另找一家，结果新找的一家不仅地点比原先的远了好多公里，而且价格还比原来贵。虽然我们很不情愿，但由于周围酒店已满，我们总不能睡在马路上吧，只好被迫接受。
本来我们计划好早上多睡会，七八点钟起床，大包就放在酒店，带小包出去办完事 后回来休息一会，到12点再退房，结果由于距离远，我们不得不6点不到就起床，而且一大早就要退房（因为再回来已经不方便），手上还要拎着大包小包的东西。
由于没有住到满意的酒店，加上老板的蛮横态度，当天情绪很差，加上一大早就要退房，早早起床，没有休息好，办事时大包小包还要随身带，不仅累，连上厕所都不方便。整个状态就很差，造成的最坏影响是，办事效果打了折扣。
我回家后，多次向艺龙反映此事，但酒店拒不道歉。太缺乏职业道德了。最后表扬一下艺龙，艺龙不仅明确指出店家的行为违约，而且诚恳道歉。
