硬件设施很好，客房部服务负责。餐厅服务给0分！3人入住至尊套房提供两份免费早餐，这个没问题，加购早餐48元一份，120以下儿童24元。早餐前电话前台确认服务时间至9.30，于是在8.50到达餐厅，食物基本以无！包子是冷的，饮料是空的，水果是没有了，炒饭是冷的，蛋糕剩最后一块，其它菜是没有的。最终我的早餐是两小碗面条两个鸡蛋，好吧～这是48的早餐！餐厅服务员态度极其恶劣，回答我：只有这些了，没有办法，你也可以选择不吃！我草，这大过年的就这态度！
