朋友介绍过去的，带着孩子一起入住，还有牌桌，去的时候朋友协议价还要四百多，携程便宜一百多。本来真的很满意的，后来发生了一点小插曲，小孩吃的意大利肉酱面用毛巾擦了嘴巴，上面有了颜色，酒店人员让我陪十元钱，说要不然我自己上去洗干净，我问她毛巾用来干嘛的。最后十元没有付，但是过程不舒服，不是我不付，换个态度付了也无所谓。让我自己再上四楼看，让我自己上去洗干净。扑克牌，说用了两幅，我用了其中一幅还是开过的。本来就只需要一两张但我们确实也用了也就算了。最不能忍受的是服务人员的一幅对客人不信任的感觉。本人印象最深希尔顿的服务态度，这些店是不能比的。首先请你们搞清楚了，不管你们是不是上档次的饭店，你们的服务理念与态度决定客人是否下次入住。

出来考试住的，酒店有点老了，但是设备维护和服务还是不错的，早餐的鱼汤面超赞！

总体还可以，卫生间进去，淋浴房的烟头也没扫掉，角落里不知道是什么脏东西，房间的墙纸逗翘边了。早餐还可以，鱼汤面强烈推荐吃一碗，很不错！
