7点半在酒店的餐厅吃早饭吃出了好大的一块石子，把牙磕疼了，找酒店经理要求给说法，然后前前后后来了三四个不能做主的来说两声抱歉，至于怎么解决要我们耐心等待，就这样一直拖到十一点多终于决定带我们去医院，前提是药费自理，看好了凭发票报销，因为等待的时间过长，我们也没这耐心，就答应了，连打车费用一起一共是一百多块钱，酒店方说要等到周一财务上班才可以报销，让我留卡号，到时直接打过来，结果两周过去了，一直没有打钱也没有人跟我联系，我打电话去酒店问，酒店方给我答复说如果下午还没有人跟我联系，就让我去酒店一趟，拜托！一百来块钱而已，酒店在出了问题之后的不能及时解决，拖拉，还有后续的处理都太让我失望了，不推荐大家入住！！除了大堂气派点，房间跟快捷酒店档次差不多，装潢老旧了。
