前所未有的差评，酒店餐厅消费只有套餐，结账时酒店pos机故障，两张卡都刷不出，让酒店安排合适的pos机到房间刷卡，上来的服务人员态度恶劣。向酒店投诉，酒店当班李经理反馈他们董事长说“是机子坏了，还是卡坏了都不一定”，最终付款成功，验证卡没有坏，是机器坏了。但是董事长没有一句赔礼道歉的话，店大欺客，厉害了👍
