下午四五点就入住了，被分配到了一间空调机箱房边上的房间。晚上游玩归来睡觉时发现机箱声音太大，无法入睡！联系了艺龙，艺龙和酒店商量因为没有房间换所以第二天退房时给个小礼品。那么重点来了！退房时前台工作人员提都不提小礼品的事情，我主动提还被无视！说送水果，因为太晚所以没联系我们！前一天晚上联系艺龙的时候明明就没睡好嘛！而且那天晚上打电话的时候根本就没提过水果的事！我就说把经理叫来，还和我说经理不在，前台一共两个工作人员，没一个来认真处理我的事情，都是低头做别的事情！请问这样的素质这样的态度也能干服务行业？！后来来了个管事的，送了本书给我！那个管事的态度还是很好的！在这投诉的是另外两个前台工作人员！

酒店设施和服务都不错，只是周边比较乱，大概是过年的关系，许多饭店都关门了。其他都挺满意的。
