前台服务依旧令人堪忧，办理入住时连一句简单的问候语“你好”都没有，全程黑面。感觉这家酒店的前台培训太差，连快捷酒店都不如。客服服务不错，值得表扬。同在一家酒店，两个部门的员工素质相差甚远。
