酒店硬件非常好，可以服务很一般，到酒店大堂没迎宾服务。我们一共订了四间房，全部都安排在电梯口房间，因为有朋友睡眠不好，希望换靠里一点的房间，前台告知满房，换不了了。到房间一股新装修味道，朋友再次要求换房，在确认确实味道大的前提下同意换到同楼层其他房间，我就纳闷了，刚才不是说满房的吗？怎么又可以换房间了？是不是在艺龙订的房间就是安排在电梯口的？还有周边也没有啥交通，出门打车也费劲，总之不会再住了。

很赞，酒店看起来就很上档次，房间体验更不用说，各方面都很满意，就是入住当晚洗澡热水没有提供到位，还有无线网稍微有点差，其他没有问题。早餐也很棒，吃得很饱
